The 50 year old Mechanic who is in custody for the killing of Khanice Jackson has confessed according to Deputy Commissioner Fitz Bailey.
He explain that Miss Jackson and the man accuse of killing her live in the same community and work nearby each other. He also said that the police are confident that they have the right person in custody base on the evidence and information they have.
