Another female has gone missing in St. Thomas and it is allege that the same man Davian Bryan who abducted Phylisa Prussia abducted this other girl, she is 13-year-old Winshay Barrett. The breaking news of her disappearance came hours after an intense search led to the rescue of nine-year-old Phylisa Prussia.
